Integrations

Integrations are the external accounts and servers your AI Agents talk to — HubSpot, LinkedIn, Tavily, your own APIs, MCP servers. Team → Integrations is the single place to set them up, monitor them, and remove them.

Connect once, use everywhere

Every connection is team-wide. Set up HubSpot once and every AI Agent in your team can use HubSpot tools from its Tools tab. Same for an MCP server, a Tavily account, anything.

You don't reconnect per AI Agent. Each AI Agent picks the connection it wants from the catalog, and your customisations on one AI Agent don't leak to the others.

What you'll see in the table

The Integrations page shows one row per connection:

  • Logo and name of the provider.
  • MCP badge if the connection is an MCP server (so you can tell native integrations apart from MCP at a glance).
  • Number of tools the connection contributes.
  • Last synced timestamp (MCP only).
  • ActionsSync for MCP, Edit for native accounts, Delete for both.

A sync failing banner appears under any MCP server whose credentials need attention.

Two flavours of connections

FlavourWhere it comes fromWho can use it
Curated by Cubeo adminsAn admin set this up for the whole platform — usually shared OAuth apps for popular providers.Every team. No credentials on your side.
Connected by your teamYou or a teammate connected it through this page (or the AI Agent Tools tab).Your team only.

Both flavours sit in the same Integrations table and the same Tools catalog inside an AI Agent.

How to set them up

The two entry points lead to the same wizards:

  • From an AI Agent → Tools tab, click an integration's tool to be prompted to connect (the connect dialog appears the first time you use any tool from a provider you haven't connected yet).
  • From Team → Integrations, click Connect MCP server to add an MCP server. Native providers are connected on first use from an AI Agent's Tools tab.
