Training your AI Assistant by uploading files is a straightforward way to enhance its knowledge and ensure it provides accurate and helpful responses. This page guides you through the process of uploading files, the types of files supported, and the upload limits.

Supported File Types

For Audio and Video files type you'll be charged 1 credit per each minute.

How to upload files?

  1. Navigate to the Train Tab: In your AI Assistant dashboard, select the 'Train' tab.
  2. Add Training Data: Click on the ‘Add Training Data’ section.
  3. Choose ‘Upload Files’: Select the option to upload files from your device.
  4. Select Your Files: Browse your computer and select the files you wish to upload. You can select multiple files if needed.
  5. Upload and Wait: After selecting your files, click ‘Upload’. Larger files may take a few moments to process.

Upload Limits

To ensure a smooth and efficient training process, please note the following limits:

  1. File Size: Each file uploaded should not exceed 1GB.
  2. Total Upload Limit: You can upload up to 50 files once.

Best Practices for File Uploads

  1. Relevance: Choose files that are relevant to the interactions you expect your AI Assistant to have.
  2. Quality Over Quantity: Focus on uploading high-quality, informative documents rather than a large volume of less relevant materials.
  3. Organized Content: Documents with well-organized content help the AI learn more effectively.

After Uploading

Once uploaded, your files will be processed and added to your AI Assistant’s knowledge base. This process can take some time, depending on the complexity and number of documents uploaded. You can view the status of each document in the ‘Documents’ section.
