How to Connect Your HubSpot Account

Connecting your HubSpot account to Cubeo AI is a straightforward process that allows your AI Assistant to interact with your HubSpot data. Follow these simple steps to set up the integration.

Step-by-Step Guide​

  1. Access the Tools Tab
    • Open your AI Assistant dashboard.
    • Navigate to the "Tools" tab.
  2. Select a HubSpot Tool
    • From the list of available tools, click on any HubSpot tool (e.g., "Find Contact" or "Create Company").
    • This action will open a modal window with multiple tabs.
  3. Setup Account
    • In the modal, you'll see the first tab labeled "Setup Account".
    • Here, you'll find a selector displaying any previously connected HubSpot accounts.
  4. Connect a New Account
    • Next to the account selector, locate the "CONNECT" button.
    • Click on "CONNECT" to add a new HubSpot account.
  5. Authorize Cubeo AI
    • A new window will open, redirecting you to HubSpot's authorization page.
    • Select the HubSpot account you wish to connect.
    • Review the permissions Cubeo AI is requesting.
    • Click "Allow" to grant Cubeo AI permission to interact with your HubSpot account.
  6. Confirmation
    • Once you've allowed access, the authorization window will close.
    • You'll be returned to the Cubeo AI dashboard and the newly connected HubSpot account will now appear in the account selector.
  7. Select the Connected Account
    • From the account selector, choose the HubSpot account you want to use with your AI Assistant.
  8. Move to Configuration
    • After selecting an account, you can proceed to the next tab labeled "Configure" to set up specific tool settings.

Additional Information​

  • You can connect multiple HubSpot accounts to Cubeo AI. This is useful if you manage different HubSpot instances for various clients or departments.
  • To connect additional accounts, simply repeat the process starting from step 4.
  • You can switch between connected HubSpot accounts at any time using the account selector in the "Setup Account" tab.
